I was first introduced to Real Estate when I was a child. My mother, Kim Taylor, has been in Real Estate for over 21 years. Looking back, it seemed like quite a ‘high stress’ job. A lot of phone calls, driving around, having to make sure you’re always dressed nicely and working endless hours! However, when I left school, I wasn’t sure which career path to take, so I thought I would sit my Sales license and give it a go.
It is now 3 years into my Real Estate Career and I absolutely love working alongside my Mother and thoroughly enjoy the industry with the many different aspects it entails, including the strong personal relationships you build with your clients. Being a young Agent is an asset to my Vendors and Purchasers, because I have ‘fresh eyes’ in the industry and am full of energy, ambition and enthusiasm. I pride myself on being extremely driven, which assists my strong sales and negotiation techniques. This combined with my knowledge and ability when it comes to social media and effective marketing approaches maximizes the exposure of our listings.
Having a Real Estate Agent as a parent, I have had the opportunity to be educated on the many crucial elements involved in Real Estate that most others have not. We are both enjoying our partnership more and more each day and our Vendors appreciate having two friendly and reliable agents to work with involving their most valuable assets.
