It’s great to have joined a fast-paced and community-focused industry like real estate; it certainly opens up excellent opportunities to meet new people and re-connect with old and familiar faces (I’m a born-and-bred Waikato man).
For as long as I can recall I’ve operated a range of businesses, but perhaps my most notable time was the 17 years I spent owning and running a Mitre 10 store.
It’s that experience that has perhaps laid the foundations for the communication and negotiation skills I possess today.
