I initially introduced to Real Estate as a child. My Mother, Kim Taylor, has been in the Real Estate industry for over 23 years. It always seemed like quite a ‘high stress’ job. A lot of phone calls, emails, driving all over the place, making sure that both yourself AND your car are presented well and of course working such bizarre hours. Despite this, I left school and wasn’t sure which career path to take, so I decided to sit my sales license. I told myself that I would 'give it a go' until I decided which career path to take.
Fast forward and it is now 5 years into my Real Estate Career. I love being able to work alongside my brilliant Mother and thoroughly enjoy the industry with the many aspects it entails; in particular the strong and personal relationships that we build with our clients along the way, who often say they felt at ease that they entrusted two friendly and reliable agents with their most valuable asset.
Being young in this industry is usually seen an asset to my Vendors and Purchasers. Aside from being full of energy and enthusiasm, my knowledge and understanding of social media and effective marketing approaches truly maximizes the exposure of our listings. I am very driven by helping my clients achieve their goals, as well as my own, which assists my sales and negotiation techniques. Being surrounded by Real Estate my entire life, I have had the opportunity to be educated on many crucial elements which most others have not.
