22a Claude Street FAIRFIELD, Hamilton City

This lovely cottage has been extensively renovated over that last 5 years. The decor throughout is appealing, the kitchen is tasteful and open plan in style to the dining and lounge area. With two bedrooms, and smaller third (an office currently being used as a bedroom), the floor plan is accommodating. Outside the section is well organised with full fencing, vegetable gardens, lawns to play on and a deck to enjoy the sun after a hard days work. Absolutely worth a look.
