24a Walker Street Waihi, Hauraki District

Here's an amazing opportunity to own this new home on its 464sqm (more or less) freehold title. The home needs kitchen and bathroom units installed, floor coverings and some cosmetic work to complete. Well located in a great part of the town this should appeal to first home buyers or retirees looking for a new home on less land and would also make a great rental property.

Contact Lynn Eagar and Brenda Abercrombie for further details.

Auction will be held on Friday 25th May 2012 at 12.30pm in the Ray White Auction Rooms at 91 Victoria Street, Hamilton. See rwhamilton.co.nz or lynneagar.raywhite.co.nz for open home times.
