The property sits on approximately 460 square metres and built in the 1950's you could almost hear Frank Sinatra crooning to you. This property has been well maintained yet still preserves the classic cottage feel. Once inside you can quickly sense the comfort the fireplace provides and can imagine those cold winter nights lounging by the fire with a good book from the inbuilt bookshelf. Next you'll notice the updated kitchen with stone benches and cupboard space galore.
